We are always accepting consignments of guns and gun-related, hunting, fishing, archery, shooting items for upcoming auctions. Please provide a detailed list of the items you are consigning at drop-off time. If including ammunition that must all be itemized/counted by brand, calibre, quantity and shot size (if applicable). Alternatively, you can download and complete a consignment form.

Gun Auction Rules and Regulations
Gun auctions typically have over 300 new and used firearms plus a large selection of ammunition, reloading equipment, archery, fishing and other shooting accessories. Valid P.A.L./R.P.A.L. must be presented to purchase firearms or ammunition, gun barrels, magazines, handgun slides and powder. An RCMP PAL Reference Clearance Check will be done on all non restricted firearm purchases and they can not leave here until you have been given a clearance number. This is as a result of portions of Bill C-21 Red & Yellow Flag checks being done on all non restricted firearm purchasers. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased.
Terms and conditions will be given prior to the beginning of the auction sale. Please read the first three items marked “MUST READ” that contained our detailed rules, shipping, insurance, payment information and more.All items in this auction are sold unreserved once items have been consigned they can not be removed from the auction. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor. Consignor rates are based on what each lot sells for and an itemized Lot Report will be included with the consignor settlement cheque and mailed approximately 2 weeks after the auction is complete.
Please note that items brought in that are broken, torn, dirty and non functioning -anything deemed not sellable or items that do not sell will be disposed of by us.

The law, which came into effect on May 12, 2022, prohibits unauthorized individuals from selling, possessing, or using these items, aiming to reduce the risk of impersonation and improve public safety.

Terms of Payment
Payments are due immediately upon receipt of your emailed invoice the day of the auction. Payments and transactions are permitted in the form of Visa, Master Card , E-Transfer and Debit. You must set up your iCollector account to choose your form of payment. Otherwise credit cards on file will automatically be charged. Send all E-Transfer payments must be sent immediately upon receiving your invoice to etransfers@landsboroughauctions.com include your name and buyer number in the message portion so we can apply your payment.
There is a 15% buyer’s premium and provincial taxes on all items purchased.
